• Unlock your room door with a mobile key – a simple and secure solution in your mobile.
• Chat with the hotel reception – a real-time chat window allows for quick and efficient communication.

How does the Dunten Hotel self-service environment works?

When you book a hotel room from our website, a digital room key will be sent to you via email on the day of your arrival, 2 hours before the check-in time (at 3:00 PM), along with a 4-digit room key PIN sent by SMS. This allows you to conveniently and contactlessly enter the hotel and your room.
